How do I book an escape room?
Click here to book an escape room online or call us at 720.890.4242 to make a reservation over the phone. If calling to book, please have a credit card handy as we will need it to secure your reservation.
What’s the minimum age?
Players under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Groups with players under 11 must book the room as private. Groups that arrive with children under 11 and did not book private will be asked to reschedule their game.
How long is a game?
You will have 60 minutes to escape the room. However, please plan on spending around 90 minutes with us – this allows for check-in before the game and a debriefing at the end.
How many people can play a game?
Our rooms require a minimum of 2 players. The maximum number of players allowed in any of our game is 8.
Will there be other people in the room?
The only way to guarantee that you will play with just your group is to book the game as private. Otherwise, you may end up working alongside other players - however, don't let this deter you! Working with people outside your group serves to give you extra perspectives and the opportunity to meet new friends!
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes and shoes – our games do require crouching/bending. If you regularly need reading glasses - it is a good idea to bring them along.
Do I need to bring anything to the game?
Bring a well-rested mind and a willingness to communicate with your teammates! We ask that all personal belongings be left in the provided lockers (you keep the key).
Am I actually locked in the room?
Nope! While that would really ramp up the pressure, it would also be illegal. The door you enter the game through will remain unlocked throughout the experience and you are free to leave at any time.
Is it scary?
Our rooms are not designed to be scary and we have no live actors in our rooms. The only fear you might experience is the clock winding down!
Can I book a room outside normal hours?
Sure you can! Please contact us and we can discuss setting up a private party.
Can I reschedule my room?
Yes you can! Please reschedule at least 48 hours before your existing reservation so that we will have time to find another group to take that room time. To reschedule, call or email us with your new date and time of choice. You can find alternative time slots by looking at our booking calendar. There is no charge to reschedule with 48 hours notice. A rescheduling fee of $35 is required for any rescheduling request made less than 48 hours from the start of your reserved time slot. Rabbit Hole Recreation Services does not accept rescheduling requests on the day of the reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you must cancel your reservation, we ask for at least 72 hours notice, so that we have time to rebook the room. Please call or email us to make a cancellation. If you cancel with a minimum of 72 hours notice, you are eligible for a refund of the full amount. If you cancel with a minimum of 48 hours notice, you can either reschedule your room for a later date (a $35 rescheduling fee will apply if less than 48 hours from your reservation time) or receive a 70% refund.
“No shows” are those that do not attend their reservation without notifying Rabbit Hole Recreation Services at least 24 hours prior to their reservation time. Rabbit Hole Recreation Services does not accept cancellations or offer refunds less than 24 hours of the reservation. We do not refund or reschedule “no shows.”*Credit card processing and booking fees are always nonrefundable.
